Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please review our policy below.
Returns Policy
- You may request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting us via email.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
- Detailed return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Return Shipping
- We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping to our UK address.
- Alternatively, we can arrange a collection from your address at a cost of £50 (approx. $65) for European and international returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Returned items will be refunded in full, excluding original delivery costs, once received and inspected.
- If the item is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to a full refund, including original delivery charges and reasonable return shipping costs.
Late Returns
- Returns requested outside the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion. In such cases, refunds may be issued as store credit rather than to the original payment method.
- Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt if you are dissatisfied with the goods. After this period, approval for return will be at our discretion.
Made-to-Order Products
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Should you wish to cancel before shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, as these products are created specifically for you and may not be resold at full value.
- Our usual return policy does not apply to made-to-order products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
