Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and do not include customs delays, weather disruptions, or remote-area surcharges.

Taxes, Duties & Customs 

For orders shipped to the United States and the European Union, all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery, except in rare cases where local authorities impose fees beyond our control.

For all other international destinations, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and any additional customs fees are not included at checkout and remain the recipient's responsibility. Carriers or customs authorities may contact you directly to collect payment prior to delivery.

Please note that customs clearance processes may cause delays which are outside our control.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or due to refusal to pay duties/taxes, we will refund the item price minus original shipping (if any) and any return or customs fees charged back to us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
  • If tracking shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours/household and your local depot. Then, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking updates for each parcel where applicable.
