There is no doubt that you will love our products, but returns do happen, therefore it is better to explain the procedure before we ship the bag. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the unused and unwashed bag. After a thorough inspection, we will refund you the full selling price. You are expected to arrange your own return to our UK address, as unfortunately, we do not offer a return label. We can arrange the collection from your address at a cost of 50£ (about 65$ - 60€) for international shipping.
